Lloyd Dugger is a graduate of Ithaca College and has worked as the Band Director for the Saint Johnsbury School District and for Montpelier Public Schools.  He is currently the Band Director for U-32 Middle/High School.  After teaching in Vermont since 2008, Lloyd has been the conductor for the Northeast District Junior High Music Festival in 2010 and the Northwest District I Middle School Festival in 2011 and recently as the Concert Band conductor for the Winooski Valley Middle School Festival.  As a trombonist, pianist, percussionist and vocalist, Lloyd remains active with several performing ensembles across Vermont including,The Chad Hollister Band, Saturn People’s Sound Collective, Apex,  and The Big Bang Bhangra Brass Band.
